How do I check whether a library system is down?

You can check whether a library system has any known issues by visiting our Library Systems Status Report. This includes information on outages, reported issues, scheduled maintenance, and new features. We update this page when we discover a system event that affects everyone.
If you encounter an issue with a library system, you can check the status report to see if we are already trying to fix it. If your issue is not reflected on the status report (e.g. if you encounter a problem when the system is supposedly normal), please let us know using one of the Ask a Librarian options.
